Just imagine, you starts your laptop or pc and login, PC speaks your tagline(or your name or whatever you want) like "Welcome to ..... ").
want to know how its work? Its simple....
1). make a new text file and just type as below screenshot..
Note: write same as with small and capital letter as it is..
2). now go to file option and click save as.
Now remember , you have to save this file with .vbs (dot vbs) with file name. Its look like this below image.
3). Now right click on this file and copy it and paste it in your startup file folder.
( Click window key > Type : run > type : shell:startup )(in windows 10)
4) now open your sound settings on control panel and just disable startup sound.
5) Restart your pc and login.... your PC welcomes you with sound.!!!
